Dr Tara Rampal is the Founder and Clinical Director of the award winning Kent and Medway Prehab Project. This is a pan- county community Prehabiltation Service is a multi organisation collaborative supporting Cancer patients to get fitter through physical and psychological support supported by Public Health and Cancer Alliance. She is passionate about the potential of digital tools in changing the healthcare landscape. Tara is a Consultant Anaesthetist with a keen interest in Population Health and is also leading a Senior Lecturer in Canterbury Christchurch University where her work focussed on Long term Impact of the wider Determinants of Health
