Intercalated BSc (Medical Science) at St Andrew's University & St Bartholomew's hospital Medical College, London. Qualified as a GP in Dorset, followed by speciality training in Palliative Medicine in the West Midlands. Completed CCT 2007 and appointed as a full time NHS consultant in in 2009. I am now only hospital based at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital, Luton. Single handed consultant working with Macmillan Nurses, advising mainly on ethical issues around stopping futile medical /surgical treatments and manage both malignant & non-malignant conditions. I was previously the local branch President of the Luton & Beds MND society.
