Li is a senior specialty trainee in the North West School of Anaesthesia, currently taking a year out of training to be part of the Chief Sustainability Officer's Clinical Fellowship. She has undertaken work in various sustainability projects, including projects on anaesthetic gases which have led to publications in Anaesthesia and a poster at the RCOA conference, published letters in The BMJ and The Guardian, and lead author of a BJA Education article on the ecological effects of anaesthesia and critical care (in press).
