Consultant in stroke medicine, Cambridge University Hospitals
Dr Kayvan Khadjooi is a Consultant in Stroke Medicine at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and Affiliated Assistant Professor at the University of Cambridge, School of Medicine. His special interests are stroke prevention in patients with atrial fibrillation, treatment of acute stroke, and medical education. He is the founder and clinical lead for the award-winning Stroke Prevention in AF Service. He is the educational lead for telemedicine in acute stroke services in East of England and has set up a number of successful training courses, such as The Cambridge Thrombolysis in Acute Stroke Masterclass. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London, a PACES examiner and a member of RCP question writing group.
