The outer surface of the blankets and mattresses is polypropylene The result is a strong cover that is impermeable to all likely fluids and can be cleaned easily using disinfectant wipes or similar. The carbon fibre heating material is X-Ray permeable and ensures even heating. All mattresses and blankets are heat sealed and stitched for strength and to eliminate ingress of fluids. All are best cleaned using disinfectant wipes or similar.
