Women in medicine face numerous challenges in their day to day work from sexual harassment, misogny to discrimination just to name a few . Dr Clare will describe the data of inequality and address these challenges and what strategies are out there for women to climb the ladder to get themselves in leadership positions to be able to change the narrative whereby they can role model, influence, network and support the women coming behind them.
