Belford Hospital is a busy, 37-bedded Rural General Hospital in the Scottish Highlands. Fort William is the "Outdoor Capital of the UK" and this comes with its own challenges! I will give a brief summary of my own unusual career and explain how I came to settle down in Fort William. There will also be plenty of pictures of our beautiful surroundings.
